How Book Royalties Become Tokenized Real-World Assets
Access Future Book Royalty Streams — Up to 49%
Up to 49% of a verified collection’s future royalty streams is opened to participants through contractual units — founders keep the rest. Your rights are created by the legal agreement you sign; technology only tracks the numbers and delivers each quarterly distribution.
Founder Keeps Control – No Performance Drops from Inexperienced Management
At least 51% of any book collection royalty rights remain with the founder, ensuring stable operational control and long-term performance.
Receive Quarterly Royalty Distributions and Exclusive Benefits
You will receive royalty distributions every three months. Participation units determine each participant’s proportional share of royalties, which vary based on actual performance. Royalty distributions follow standard Amazon payment timelines, with payments received 60 days after they are generated. In addition to royalties, participation in a collection includes the digital copies of the books in the collection and exclusive publishing benefits, such as early or free access to newly released books under the same pen names, exclusive collection bonuses, or other benefits related to the collection.
Participate in Tokenized Book Collections Starting from €1,000 — With a 20% Annual Net Royalty-to-Price Ratio at Launch
Participation starts from €1,000 and is structured in flexible contractual tiers, allowing you to acquire multiple units (e.g. €5,000, €10,000, €50,000 or more). Each unit represents a proportional contractual participation in the royalty streams generated by the underlying books and/or audiobooks, with monthly calculations and reporting. Each book collection offers a 20% annual net royalty-to-price ratio at launch, based on historical performance data.
We Combine Legal Contracts, Blockchain Technology, and Secure Payments
All rights to receive royalties are governed by legal contracts, created and managed by Fragmenta Books. Participation units are powered by blockchain technology, enabling transparent record-keeping, tracking, and royalty distribution. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Bank Wire, allowing participation via traditional payment methods and in your preferred fiat currency.
Secondary Transfers — Sell or Acquire Participation Rights
You can choose to transfer your participation rights at any time by listing them directly on the Fragmenta Books platform at a price you set. A transfer is completed once the proposed price and quantity are accepted and legally formalized by the founder or another verified Fragmenta Books user. In other words, you can list your units for sale on the platform or purchase additional units of a book collection from other participants.
Fragmenta Books is built on more than 10 years of hands-on experience in digital publishing
Over the years, our team has published 100+ books in 4 languages across eBooks, paperbacks, hardcovers and audiobooks, through established online distribution channels such as Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) and Audible ACX.
Today, we extend this operational experience to a broader audience by providing the technological and contractual infrastructure required to participate in selected tokenized book collections — without requiring prior publishing or blockchain expertise.
All books and collections listed on the platform undergo a structured vetting process. We monitor publishing performance, platform compliance, advertising operations, and royalty reporting to ensure that only selected high-performing book collections are listed.
Participants receive transparent monthly reports detailing the sales performance of each collection and the corresponding royalty streams. Blockchain technology is used to enable transparent tracking and efficient royalty distribution.
Fragmenta Books is operated by Tech Go Ltd, a UK company registered in England and Wales, and brings together three teams: publishing entrepreneurs with more than 10 years of experience on Amazon and Audible, a team of blockchain developers with 6 years of experience in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, and a legal team specialised in RWA tokenization worldwide.
What We See in Our Own Books
Seasonality is real.
In our collections, December usually brings two to three times the royalties of an average month: cookbooks and family books, for example, are often bought as gifts.
Many books, not one bestseller.
A collection spreads its royalties across many titles and several languages, so no single book carries it.
Advertising is part of the work.
On Amazon, a book that sells is usually a book that is advertised. That is why, for Amazon KDP books, 40% of gross royalties is set aside for advertising and platform costs before any distribution — the percentage is written in every agreement.
Constant management is essential.
Books do not keep selling on their own. Advertising campaigns are checked and adjusted continuously, and each book’s page on Amazon — keywords, categories, description, price, cover — is fine-tuned over time. This is why the founder, who keeps at least 51% of every collection, keeps managing the books day by day.
How to Participate in Book Royalties, Step by Step
Step 1: Discover Open Book Collections
Explore the open book collections, which represent the initial offering of participation rights. Each collection includes a defined book catalog distributed through defined channels, such as Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), Audible ACX, or a combination of both.
For every open collection, a maximum total allocation is set for participation, which corresponds to up to 49% of future royalty streams. Each book collection offers a 20% annual royalty-to-price ratio at launch, based on historical performance data. You can acquire one or more participation units until the maximum allocation is reached.
Step 2: Review Collection Performance and Discover the Books
For each collection, you can review our detailed vetting reports, including historical royalty data, average monthly net royalties over a defined period, book descriptions, and additional quantitative and qualitative metrics. These insights provide a clear view of past and current performance, helping you make an informed evaluation.
Supporting materials such as screenshots and historical data for all books in the collection are also available, and every collection page lets you download the full list of its books with their Amazon links — the same books you receive as digital copies when you participate.
Step 3: Select Your Participation
Select one or more participation units within the collection, starting from €1,000 and structured in flexible tiers (e.g. €5,000, €10,000, €50,000 or more). Each unit represents a proportional contractual participation in the future royalty streams generated by the underlying books and/or audiobooks, with monthly calculations and reporting.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or bank wire transfer, allowing participation through traditional payment methods and your preferred fiat currency.
Step 4: Receive Quarterly Royalty Distributions and Exclusive Benefits
Royalty distributions are calculated and paid quarterly, based on the actual net royalties generated by the collection. Royalty distributions follow standard Amazon payment timelines, with payments received 60 days after they are generated. Royalty rights associated with your participation begin at the time of purchase and continue for the lifetime of the underlying books on the distribution platforms included in the collection.
In addition to royalties, participation in a collection includes the digital copies of the books in the collection and exclusive publishing benefits, such as early or free access to newly released books under the same pen names, exclusive collection bonuses, or other benefits related to the collection.
Step 5: Sell Your Participation Rights (Optional)
If you wish to sell your participation rights, you can list them at any time on the Fragmenta Books platform. A transfer is completed once the price and quantity you set are accepted and legally formalized by either the founder or another verified Fragmenta Books user.
Through the secondary transfer section, you can also purchase additional units of a book collection from other participants. All vetting data, historical performance information, and supporting documentation remain available, ensuring the same level of transparency as during the initial allocation.
Who It Is For — and Who It Is Not For
It may suit you if:
- you want a real-world asset that is neither property nor stocks, tied to sales you can follow month by month;
- you love books, and like the idea of participating in titles people buy every day;
- you already understand or have experience in RWA tokenization, and want an asset backed by a signed agreement and real Amazon reports;
- you want to start from €1,000, without running a publishing business yourself.
It is not for you if:
- you want a fixed or guaranteed amount, or your money back on a set date: royalties follow real sales and can go down;
- you are a US person: participation is not available in the United States;
- you do not want a crypto wallet at all — you need one, although it can be created in seconds with your email or Google account.
Our Evaluation Process: How Book Royalties Are Valued
We select book collections that have already demonstrated consistent net royalty generation and show strong potential for future performance. Each collection is then evaluated using our valuation framework, developed through years of hands-on experience in digital publishing across Amazon KDP and Audible ACX.
This framework ensures that collections are not priced arbitrarily, but assessed based on net profits, profitability, and long-term growth prospects. At launch, each collection offers a 20% annual net royalty-to-price ratio, based on historical performance data.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does it mean to tokenize book royalties?
Tokenizing book royalties means recording, as digital tokens on a blockchain, each participant’s right to part of the royalties earned by a collection of books. At Fragmenta Books the right itself is created by the legal agreement you sign; the blockchain (Base) is the tool that records how many units each participant holds and delivers each quarterly distribution to the right wallet.
Can book royalties be a tokenized real-world asset (RWA)?
Yes. A real-world asset is a right to something that exists outside the blockchain — a building, a loan, or the royalties Amazon pays on books that sell every day. Tokenizing it means recording that right as digital tokens on a blockchain, as Fragmenta Books does with book royalties.

Can I invest in book royalties?
You can acquire a contractual right to participate in a book collection’s net royalties, starting from €1,000. It is not a financial product or a security: you receive what the books actually earn, paid every quarter, with no fixed or guaranteed amount. Past royalties are not a guarantee of future royalties.
How and when are the royalties paid?
Every three months, in USDC, to the wallet linked to your account, based on the net royalties the books actually generated. Amazon pays royalties about 60 days after the end of each month, so each distribution follows that timeline.
Do I need a crypto wallet?
Yes, but it takes seconds: you can connect a wallet you already have, or create one through Reown by signing in with your email, Google or Facebook. No crypto experience is needed.
Can I sell my participation later?
Yes. You can list your participation at any time, at the price you set, in the secondary transfers section. The transfer is completed when another verified member or the founder accepts it and signs the transfer agreement.
Who can participate?
Anyone of legal age who completes the identity verification, from anywhere in the world except the United States, where Fragmenta Books does not accept participants.
What are the risks?
Royalties depend on real sales and can fall; there is no fixed return and no guaranteed resale price. Before participating, read the evaluation report and the full monthly royalty history published on every collection page.
